Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Commitment:
We stand behind the quality of our baby clothing as well as the safe and effectiveness of our skin and haircare products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your package.
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be free of any stains, odors, or damage.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items marked as "non-returnable."
- Used or damaged items that are not due to manufacturer defect.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at customerservice@tinytoestreasures.net to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning your item(s).
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including the packing slip. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Return Shipping Costs: Free 14-day returns.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tinytoestreasures.net with photos of the damage.
- We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
